Reef Fishing Trip Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This giveaway is conducted by Outdoorlivin.

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents only.
Entrants under the age of 18 must have parent or legal guardian permission to enter and to claim the prize.
We reserve the right to request proof of age and parental consent.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway closes at 11:59pm AEST on 03.04.2026.
Entries received after this date will not be considered.

4. Draw Date

The winner will be drawn at random on 05.04.2026.

5. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a fully paid reef fishing trip departing from Townsville, QLD.
The prize includes:
- Fishing trip
- All fishing tackle and equipment
- Necessary safety gear
No fishing experience is required.

6. Exclusions

Flights, transport, or travel costs to and from Townsville are not included in the prize.
Food and beverages are not included. The winner must bring their own food and drinks unless otherwise arranged directly with the Outdoorlivin.
Any additional personal expenses are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Prize Conditions

The prize must be redeemed within 18 months of the draw date.
The winner will be contacted directly to arrange a suitable trip date, subject to availability and weather conditions.
The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
If the winner is under 18 years of age at the time of travel, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent and may be required to accompany them (at their own expense unless otherwise agreed).

8. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided at entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, we reserve the right to redraw the prize.

9. General

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances arise beyond its control.
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
